French Euro PP Charter gives detailed advice on market
French financial specialists have published their Charter for the Euro Private Placement market, whose existence was announced in January. They are also on the verge of announcing that the Autorité des Marchés Financiers will exempt Euro PPs from France’s stringent market sounding regulations.
The Charter was fully drafted by early January and has not been changed, but needed to be approved by the three French associations that have created it: Afte, Af2i and Amafi, the corporate treasurers’, institutional investors’ and investment banks’ bodies.
