Seat PG busts deadline again as SSBs demur

Italian directories company Seat Pagine Gialle has yet again extended the deadline for investors in €2.7bn of its debt to accept its final restructuring proposal.

The early bid deadline has been extended from February 21 to March 2, while the final deadline has been pushed from February 28 to March 7, to accommodate a request from the creditors’ committee.
