WNS, Warburg Pinkus raise $98m from re-IPO
Indian business services company WNS Holdings and one of its shareholders raised $98.5m from a large share sale last week. Bankers see the deal as the latest re-IPO in Asia Pacific, since the sale represented such a large stake in the company.
