Complex credit Everything Everywhere debuts with simple hit

Everything Everywhere, the joint venture of France Télécom and Deutsche Telekom that is the UK’s largest mobile phone company, launched its debut bond on Tuesday to an eager reception.

Despite the issuer’s strong business franchise as owner of the Orange and T-Mobile networks, it proved a difficult credit to explain to investors, which partly accounted for the deal’s slow progress to market.
