Investor work pays off as Lloyds prints record Uridashi
Lloyds TSB this week sold the largest Uridashi since May last year, having begun printing in the format just two months ago after registering with Japanese officials in December.
The bank sold a ¥22bn ($272.1m) five year Uridashi via SMBC Nikko on Tuesday. Priced at 99.99, the note pays a coupon of 1.91%. The note more than doubles Lloyds TSBs total Uridashi issuance and is the largest Uridashi by any issuer since May 2011, according to Dealogic.
