Astro mulls listing but MNC Sky Vision is closer
Malaysian satellite television provider Astro is considering an initial public offering, although it is still some way from picking banks to manage the deal. Its Indonesian rival MNC Sky Vision is a lot closer to listing, and started pre-marketing its own transaction this week.
ECM origination bankers think both deals will get a good response, since there has been little supply from the satellite TV sector in the region.
