Macquarie hires Asia e-trading head, CLSA loses one

The Australian bank has appointed David Klinger to manage its expansion into electronic trading and execution. Meanwhile, CLSA’s Ned Phillips has quit as its head of BlocSec, its dark pool platform.

Macquarie Securities has hired David Klinger as head of execution services for Asia, while Ned Phillips, CEO of CLSA’s electronic crossing network BlocSec, has quit.
