Indosat makes long-awaited return to domestic market
Indonesian telecommunications company Indosat is pitching Rph2.5tr ($264.8m) of conventional and sukuk bonds this week, returning to its domestic bond market for the first time in more than two years.
The deal is split between seven year and 10 year conventional bonds and a seven year Islamic bond. The conventional and Islamic seven year deals are both being pitched at a yield of 7.875%-8.875%, and the 10 year tranche is likely to be priced between 8.125%-9.125%.
