Who needs the US? Euros and Reg S only work for EM names
Despite the US Independence Day holiday falling in the middle of this week, CEEMEA issuers were busy in the primary market before, after and even during the holiday. The low US involvement in many of these bonds and the success in placement and secondary trading has led many in the market to ask whether the evident show of European appetite will spark a resurgence of euro deals from the emerging markets.
