Indomobil driving for more, pushes back loan deadline
Indonesian car company Indomobil plans to delay the final commitment date of a $70m loan, giving more banks time to gain credit approval for the deal. But the company has not yet made a firm decision on when the new commitment deadline will be.
Chinatrust Commercial Bank and Nomura are managing the three year deal, and launched it into syndication on June 13. They originally told potential lenders to respond to the offering by July 23, but are now likely to push that date back.
