German ABS Restructures; Private-Places New Notes

Leaseplan Deutschland has restructured Bumper 2, a retained 2008-vintage, single-tranche German operational auto lease asset-backed securitization. As part of the move, Leaseplan privately placed €602 million ($835.9 million) in newly minted class A notes with investors, in a deal that priced Monday.
