PagesJaunes brings in ref to manage A&E negotiations

Just nine days after bondholders gave the company permission to do so, PagesJaunes has asked the President of the Commercial Court of Nanterre to appoint a mandataire ad hoc — a mediator — to aid amend and extend negotiations.
