Bumitama gets good response from S$ bond buyers
Indonesian palm oil plantation company Bumitama Agri is expected by bankers to sell a Singapore dollar bond, after getting a good response to meetings at the start of this week. But a deal is by no means definite.
Funding officials from the company met investors in Singapore on Monday and Tuesday (October 29-30), after picking DBS to arrange the meetings. The company received a warm welcome by investors on the road, said a banker familiar with the deal, making an issue seem likely.
