Lottomatica, AT&T, Finmeccanica extend corporate bond flurry
The investment grade corporate bond market kept itself busy on Wednesday, with three deals pricing to take volume so far this week to €6bn. Lottomatica, AT&T and Finmeccanica sold a total of €2.1bn of notes.
Lottomatica, the Italian gaming company, sold 500m in a seven year bond at mid-swaps plus 235bp. Initial price thoughts for the Baa2/BBB- rated issuer were 250bp over and were revised to 235bp later in the day. Final books were 5.4bn.
