Taylor Wimpey builds maturities with £100m M&G extension

UK house builder Taylor Wimpey (B1/BB-/BB-) has signed a 5.5 year extension option to its existing £100m term loan with Prudential M&G’s UK Companies Financing Fund.

The company will be able to push out the maturity of the loan from June 2015 to November 2020 should it redeem its outstanding 10.375% December 2015 senior notes before June 30 of that year.
