China Power New Energy hungry for dim sum debut
The renewable energy arm of China Power International, has appointed Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Standard Chartered bank, to lead its first offshore renminbi bond offering in Hong Kong. It will be followed by several other borrowers.
China Power New Energy, a renewable energy firm run by Li XiaoLin, one of China’s most influential businesswomen and the only daughter of former Chinese Premier Li Peng, is poised to issue its debut dim sum bond in Hong Kong.
