Glorious return to bonds helps ease way for more

Glorious Property returned to the bond market this week, proving that Chinese property companies can still close successful dollar bonds even after a wall of supply earlier this year and a pulled deal last week. That is good news for origination bankers, who are still cooking up plenty more deals from the sector.
