Sino-American launches NT$4bn in general

Sino-American Silicon Products is targeting Taiwanese lenders for an NT$4bn ($134.5m) five year loan, after picking three banks to manage the deal.

E.Sun Commercial Bank, Fubon Bank and Taiwan Cooperative Bank launched the company’s loan into general syndication on Monday, after pricing the deal in the low 100bp over Taiwan secondary CP rate area, according to a banker familiar with the deal.
