Televisa seeks 30 year pesos
Mexican media company Televisa is planning to follow its compatriot América Móvil by issuing Mexican peso-denominated títulos de crédito extranjeros, bonds that can be sold to international and domestic investors in the same tranche.
Televisa (Baa1/BBB+/BBB+) is considering selling up to Ps6.5bn ($534m) of bonds due 2043. Citi, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley are bookrunners on the proposed deal, which will follow a roadshow in the US, Europe and Latin America, due to finish on Friday.
