Pasha Bank debuts in international loan market

Azerbaijan’s Pasha Bank has signed its debut international loan for $30.25m.

Pasha Bank is paying a 350bp margin and an all-in of around 520bp for the facility.

Baltikums Bank, Commerzbank and Raiffeisen Bank International were mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the one year deal. RBI was the facility agent.

The funds will be used for trade finance-related activities.
