Noodles-maker allocates $200m loan, signing next week

Banks working on Uni-President China Holdings’ $200m five year loan have finalised allocations, with signing scheduled for June 3.

Among the original bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank, Mizuho Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp received allocations of $23.5m each, while Australia and New Zealand Bank took $18.5m.
