Taiwan Broadband connects for NT$27bn loan
Bookrunners on Taiwan Broadband Communications’ NT$27bn ($905m) seven year loan have launched it into general syndication, but are inviting only five to 10 banks to participate in the transaction.
The deal is split into two chunks: an NT$22.5bn term loan and an NT$4.5bn revolver, both of which have been priced at 280bp over Taiwan secondary CP rate, according to a banker working on the deal.
