Japan Asks CFTC To Revise Cross-Border Swap Regs
The Bank of Japan and the Financial Services Agency have asked the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to ease regulations governing cross-border over-the-counters derivatives and delay implementation for at least a year.
