U.S. CRE Market Improving

The U.S. commercial real estate market continued to show signs of improving in the fourth quarter, according to CBRE Group. CBRE noted that the vacancy rate in the office sector has fallen in 38 markets, while rising in 19 and remaining unchanged in six.
