Kingboard closes HK$3bn deal

Kingboard Laminates Holdings has wrapped up the syndication of its HK$3bn ($387m) loan, with allocations now being finalised.

A total of 11 banks joined the transaction during general syndication, brought in by sole bookrunner and underwriter Standard Chartered.

Signing is due to happen soon after the final breakdown of allocations is determined, said a banker.
