Kenya starts talks on refinancing $600m loan
The Republic of Kenya is in talks with international banks to refinance the $600m two year bullet loan it signed in May 2012.
Kenya mandated Citi, Standard Bank and Standard Chartered to bookrun and fully underwrite the 2012 facility.
