Trakindo signs upsized $190m with eight

Trakindo has closed and signed its $190m five year revolver after seven lenders joined during syndication, leading to an increase in the deal size from the planned $150m.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp was the sole bookrunner and mandated lead arranger — it offered offshore lenders a margin of 265bp over dollar Libor and onshore 290bp.
