Dongying makes $100m debut with sole lead BNPP

China's Dongying Lufang Metallic Materials has opened up a $100m three year loan to the market in what is the company’s debut syndication, according to a banker.

BNP Paribas is the sole bookrunner and has priced the onshore deal at 390bp over dollar Libor.

There are three participation levels on offer: mandated lead arrangers committing above $30m get 60bp fees, lead arrangers chipping in $20m-$30m get 50bp and senior managers with $15m-$20m earn 40bp, ...
