Morocco's OCP lines up for dollar benchmark
Morrocan phosphate producer OCP has released a request for proposals from banks for its debut Eurobond. Responses to the RFP, which indicates that the bond will be a dollar benchmark note, are due on Friday.
OCP, which is government owned, would be the first corporate Eurobond issuer from Morocco. Other phosphate producers from the CEEMEA region such as Phosagro and Eurochem are the closest likely comparables for the deal.
