Soilbuild Reit taps into Singapore’s hunger for dividends as books open for $370m IPO

In what is the third Singaporean real estate investment trust IPO launch in a month, Soilbuild Business Space Reit opened the books to its S$469m ($370m) IPO on July 30 at an indicative price range of S$0.77-S$0.80.

That gives it a forecast dividend yield of 7.5% to 7.8% for 2014, a premium to the 6.7% and 6.65% given out by its closest comparables, Aims Amp Capital Industrial Reit and Mapletree Industrial Trust.
