VK Mühlen takes €100m refinancing

VK Mühlen, a German mills group, has signed a new €100m secured facility to replace an existing €112m line.

The new three year revolving credit facility was led by Deutsche Bank and DZ Bank as bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers.

Bremer Landesbank Kreditanstalt Oldenburg -Girozentrale and Commerzbank joined the deal as lead arrangers, while Raiffeisen Bank International was an arranger.
