STP signals close of Rph3tn loan

Telecom company Solusi Tunas Pratama has closed syndication of its Rph3tn ($302.7m) multi-tranche loan after 11 lenders hopped on board.

Original bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers DBS and Standard Chartered kept $50m each on their books. They were joined by ING also as an MLAB, which took $49.126m, according to a banker close to the deal.
