Formosa seeks NT$70bn loan, top slot still open

Formosa Plastics Group has opened up a NT$70bn ($2.33bn) seven year loan to the market with two bookrunners. But the four participation levels on offer mean the top slot is still up for grabs.

Bank of Taiwan and Mega International Commercial Banks are the original leads, according to a banker. But other lenders can still join as bookrunners by pledging NT$10bn each.
