Chailease mulls NT$5bn, sends RFP for three year

Chailease Finance, a subsidiary of Taiwanese leasing company Chailease Holding, is seeking a NT$5bn ($170m) loan and has sent a request for proposals to lenders.

The borrower is giving banks until November 22 to submit bids, according to a banker who has seen the invitation.
