Belgium’s Infrax seeks debut bond as bigger Tennet plans return

Infrax, a Belgian utility, hopes to make its bond debut, probably next week, after a roadshow to Paris, Brussels and London.

BNP Paribas and Belfius Bank have the mandate for the sub-benchmark deal in euros, which will be unrated. Infrax delivers gas and electricity and also provides sewerage and cable TV networks.
