Aviva buys first asset for €425m infra fund: €85m PP for Dutch fibre optics
Aviva Investors has made the first investment in its €425m European Secondary Infrastructure Credit fund, as part of a deal in which it has lent €84.5m to finance fibre optic cables in the Netherlands.
The deal, a private placement of 10 year, partially amortising senior secured notes, in fixed and floating rate tranches, was placed entirely with Aviva Investors.
