ABN Amro brings Dolphin RMBS back to public arena

ABN Amro will next week start a roadshow for a prime Dutch residential mortgage securitization, Dolphin Master Issuer Series 2013-2, in it first public outing from the programme since 2011.

The single-tranche deal consists of a 4.93 year €500m class ‘A’ tranche, rated triple-A by Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s Investors Service and DBRS.

ABN Amro is arranger on the deal. ABN, Citigroup, HSBC, Lloyds Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland are joint lead managers.
