Bulgaria's restructured Vivacom joins EM high yield flurry
Vivacom has joined the list of emerging market companies to issue a bond with high yield documents. The Bulgarian telecoms company is looking to sell its €400m 2018 bond in the 6.75% area at the end of the week.
Books on the B1/BB- rated non-call two notes close at 1pm London time on Friday.
Credit Suisse and VTB Capital are global co-ordinators, while Barclays and Deutsche Bank are bookrunners.
