COFCO launches US dollar bonds

COFCO (Hong Kong), a China-based agriculture and food conglomerate, opened books on a benchmark size dual trancher on Tuesday for its debut US dollar bond.

Joint global co-ordinators HSBC, JP Morgan and UBS announced price guidance for the five year at 200bp over Treasuries and the 10 year at 240bp over Treasuries.
