Africa Finance Corp launches inaugural syndicated loan

Africa Finance Corp, the multilateral infrastructure lender, has mandated four banks for its $250m debut syndicated loan.

Citi, Standard Bank of South Africa, Standard Chartered and Rand Merchant Bank are initial mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the deal. 

The term loan will have a two year tenor, with repayment due in full when the loan matures.
