Guotai takes HK$1.5bn loan into syndication

Guotai Junan Securities has launched an HK$1.5bn ($193m) three year deal into general syndication via three bookrunners, pricing the loan at 190bp over Hibor.

Bank of China, HSBC and Standard Chartered are leading the transaction and have fully underwritten the amount, according to a banker on the deal.
