Slovnaft garners local bank support for new €200m loan

Petrochemical refinery Slovnaft of Slovakia has signed a €200m three year syndicated loan, its first loan for three and a half years.

KBC's Slovakian arm Československá obchodní banka was co-ordinator and mandated lead arranger (MLA).

It was joined by other MLAs from central and eastern Europe. These were Česká spořitelna, HSBC, Komerční banka, Pobočka zahraničnej banky, Slovenská sporiteľňa, Tatra banka,  UniCredit Czech Republic and Slovakia and Všeobecná úverová banka.
