EBV Leasing set to place entire cap stack with investors

Austrian lease provider EBV Leasing has won an enthusiastic response from investors for its first auto lease securitization in 10 years, in which it plans to sell all four tranches in the capital structure and benefit from capital relief.

EBV Leasing has spent the past week roadshowing Bee First Finance, Compartment Edelweiss 2013-1, to investors. It went to Frankfurt and Munich last Wednesday, the Netherlands on Thursday, London on Monday and Tuesday morning and Paris later that afternoon.
