Astaldi swoops for €100m tap at 40bp lower yield

Astaldi, the Italian construction company, on Monday tapped the seven year debut bond it sold last week at a much tighter yield.

The €500m issue was priced on Wednesday last week to yield 7.125%. Yesterday Astaldi sold €100m of extra notes to yield 6.716%.

The original deal had performed, trading up to around 104 on Friday and tempting the issuer to tap.
