Zhenjiang Chimei wraps up $265m deal

Bankers have signed Zhenjiang Chimei Chemical’s $265m three year revolver, after receiving commitments from a group of 11 lenders.

Mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners Australia and New Zealand Bank, Bank of Taiwan, Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, CTBC Financial Holding, DBS, Mizuho and Taipei Fubon Bank have been allocated $30m each, according to a banker on the deal.
