Chailease $314m capital raise fully covered

Chailease Holding Co’s offering of global depositary shares, worth as much as $314m, has been covered to the full size including the greenshoe, said sources close to the transaction.

The Taiwanese financial leasing firm kicked off the Reg S/144A accelerated capital increase shortly after 3pm Hong Kong time on Thursday. The deal is expected to wrap up bookbuilding the same evening.
