NetDragon Websoft wins $125m through top-up

Game developer NetDragon Websoft Holdings has tapped the Hong Kong market for a HK$997.9m ($125.2m) top-up placement, its first public equity raise since listing a decade ago.

The Chinese developer and operator of massively multiplayer online games (MMOs) turned to investors on September 22, after the closing bell of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, looking to sell 38.5m shares.
