Odeabank to follow Fibabanka with Turkish tier two
Turkey’s Odeabank will meet investors from Wednesday ahead of a possible sale of tier two notes. If the deal goes ahead, it would be the second such deal from a second tier Turkish bank this year, after Fibabanka's debut in May.
Odeabank's senior rating is Ba3/BB- with Moody’s and Fitch. Moody’s has given the bank's tier two a B2 rating, meaning that the new notes will be the lowest rated of any debt issued by a Turkish bank, with the exception of Fibabanka.
