Tier two deals spring to life with Chong Hing open for bids

Chong Hing Bank is selling Asia's first Basel-III compliant tier two dollar bond of the year, part of an exchange plus new money offering.

Initial price thoughts for the 10 non call five subordinated trade was released at the 240bp over US Treasuries area at the Asia open on Monday by joint bookrunners and joint lead managers BOC International, CMBC Capital, DBS, HSBC and Nomura.
