Renovate America, Greenworks partner for commercial PACE financing

Residential Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) platform Renovate America is teaming up with commercial PACE finance firm Greenworks Lending to expand in commercial PACE lending.

Connecticut-based Greenworks Lending and California-based Renovate America will start by offering commercial PACE financing through Renovate America’s HERO program in Missouri before expanding to other states. Until now, Renovate America has focused on residential PACE loans, which finance energy efficiency upgrades for homeowners.
